Tina Haller’s passion to create comes from a lifetime of inspiration and encouragement from her mother who is also an artist.  Tina’s vintage inspiration comes from a childhood filled with treasure hunting with her family at garage sales and antique flea markets.  After a 20 year career as a professional snowboarder (Tina Basich) Tina decided to focus 100% of her time and energy on her artwork.  She opened her gift store My Favorite Things in 2006 and continues to enjoy making her handmade items and teaching classes year round.  Licensed reproduction of Tina’s original art is handled by an Ohio based company specializing in the promotion of American artists.     Tina lives in Nevada City with her husband and daughter.
