This exceptionally tall piece – 18.5 inches tall – is more likely a Decanter due to its height.  Definitely hand-blown, most likely in the USA and probably dates back to the 1960’s.  The cork appears to be original, and in good condition.  No distinctive markings but the yellow coloration and unusual oval shape make this an exceptional example of hand-blown vintage glass.
