Fancy That! Return Policy

Merchandise purchased at FancyThatStore.com will be accepted for return within ten (10) business days of the INVOICE DATE under the following terms and conditions:

  • All returns must be pre-authorized by emailing returns or calling us at (702) 998 9817. The return authorization is valid for five (5) business days from the date of issue.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
  • Return shipping charges will not be credited.

After contacting us for authorization:

  • Please complete the Fancy That! Return Form that accompanied your order, making sure to indicate the item(s) being returned and the reason for the return.
  • All returns must be in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received in to receive a refund.
  • Securely pack the merchandise, being sure to include the invoice/packing slip and Merchandise Return Form.
  • Ship the package via US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS using the pre-addressed mailing label. Please insure your return shipment, making note of the tracking number assigned by the carrier. Fancy That! will not accept uninsured returns.
All returns will be examined and processed by our Returns Department. Credit will be issued in the original tender. For gift returns, orders with different billing/shipping information, or if paid with a Fancy That! Gift Card, the refund will be issued in the form of a Fancy That! Exchange Card which can be used for future online purchases at FancyThatStore.com. Your return will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt, though it may take longer for the credit to appear on your statement. Provide us with your email address and we will notify you when your return has been processed.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

  • Monogrammed, Customized or Made–to-Order items cannot be returned.
  • Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Holiday/Seasonal merchandise will not be accepted for return beginning seven (7) calendar days before the Holiday. (e.g. Christmas merchandise return authorizations will end at 5pm Pacific on December 18th. Halloween return authorizations will end at 5pm Pacific on October 24th, etc.)
