Once I place my order, how quickly will I receive the merchandise?

We offer varying methods of delivery. Please check the Shipping Section for specific details.

Many of your products are fragile, how are these items prepared for shipping?

Our goal will always be to have your purchase arrive in perfect condition. Many items are shipped in the manufacturer’s original box and then re-boxed with pop-corn pellets and/or bubble wrap.  If the original packaging fails to meet our standards we will re-package the item.

That’s great, but what if it arrives damaged?

All Fancy That! shipments are packed carefully and are insured but sometimes merchandise does arrive damaged. Please consult the Returns Section for claim and replacement information.

If an item is identified as “On Order” or “Out of Stock”and I want it, what should I do?

For “On Order” items, a 25% deposit is required to guarantee you’ll be among the first to receive an item once it arrives at our warehouse.  The balance due, applicable tax and shipping will be charged to your card when the merchandise is shipped to you, and you will receive an email notification about the charge.  If the item is not delivered to us, your deposit will be refunded and you will be notified via email. “Out of Stock” items may or may not be reordered. Please email Customer Service or call us at (702) 998 9817 to check the status of the item in question.

If an item is identified as “On Order” and I want it, how long will I have to wait for delivery?

Like you, we too are waiting for delivery and can only rely on the manufacturer’s estimated delivery which is posted as part of the item information. During the Check Out process, if the item is “On Order”, you will be able to select a “cancel by date” insuring that if we can’t deliver by the time that you need it, the item will be cancelled and your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, we will ship the item(s) within 48 hours of arrival at our warehouse.

Do you offer Layaway?

Sorry to say, we do not.

Do you have a retail location?

We closed our San Marino store in the Summer of 2013 and now conduct business exclusively on-line.

What credit cards do you take?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

Do you accept Checks?

Sorry to say, we do not.

Is www.FancyThatStore.com 100% secure?

Yes. All information is encrypted to ensure the information you give us is completely safe. We always update and use the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software for transactions, which encrypts all of the information you input. In addition, we only transmit the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. We contract with only the most reliable and trustworthy institutions and banks when we need to transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

I love receiving a catalog in the mail, do you have one?

We do not, but we have designed our Website to be an enjoyable shopping experience and something to look forward to each month, just as you would anticipate receiving a catalog in the mail.

Are you open holidays?

Fancy That! is an on-line store open 24/7 for placing orders. Our Customer Service phones are answered during standard business hours: Monday thru Friday 10am to 5pm Pacific time.

What if I decide that I’m not happy with my purchase?

Within reason, we accept returns. All of the details are set-forth in the Returns Policy Section.

How long have you been in business?

We opened our first retail store in September of 2007.. See the About Us Section for more details.

How often do you update your site?

We are dedicated to celebrating all the major Holidays and Seasons so at a minimum, the Website is updated at the beginning of every month. New merchandise is added to the Website as soon as it arrives at our warehouse and will be highlighted in the What’s New Section of the Website as well as on Facebook and Pintrest.
